JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for management the customer service, the passenger services personnel and activities as passenger Service, baggage acceptance, passenger documentation, system actualization, proper air fair and excess baggage charges, follow rules, regulations and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience is a plus.

Good Customer service and excellent communicator.

High School or GED achieved, higher education is a plus.

Bilingual (English-Spanish)

The requirements listed below are representative of documentation required:

· At least 18 years of age.

· Legal to work in United States of America

· Valid Driver’s License (If Applicable)

· Obtain the Airport Driving Permit (If Applicable)

· TSA Security Clearance

· CBP clearance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinates man power and schedule for the coverage of the Airline customer Schedule and ensures is in accordance with the contracted hours.

· Control day off, sick’s, PDO’s, FMLA, vacation and permits.

· Ensure all TSA, FAA, OSHA and Company bulletins are disseminated in accordance to the information.

· Maintain the training records of all passenger services employees.

· Any other task assigned by superiors

· Disseminate any Airlines customer changes and/or triangle’s procedures.

· Resolve any internal personnel conflicts.

· Keep the best relation with the local authorities.

· Take disciplinary actions when required.

· Ensures SLA’s are meet by the performance of the personnel

· Ensures al passenger employee maintain the grooming

· Review employee performance and recommend for other positions

· Represent the company in all airport committees.

· Keep and excellent internal and external customer service.

· Considers human factors during the schedule preparation.

· Be impartial for the assignment of requires task of the operation.

· Prepares the payroll in timely manner.

· Respond any finding from the quality assurance program.

· Keep and maintain all personnel with the uniform.

· In her/him absence, Passenger service supervisors assume.

· Implement the risk analysis and the Safety Management System.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Able to lift 0-70 pounds

· Bending – sporadically and as needed.

· Handling bags, boxes, wheelchairs, mobility devices, baby strollers, walking devices.
